A. We guarantee 99.9% uptime.
for any time that we are down, you will be refunded a prorated amount
equal to the amount of time that you are down, up to 100% of the full
cost of service for the month. Last year, our total downtime for
all servers was .04% (that is 4 1/100's of 1 percent) We are
serious about up time!
Q. What kind of servers do you use?
A. All new customers go on brand
new Duel Processor 2 Ghz Xeon Servers and Quad processor 2 Ghz Xeon Servers
with from 1 to 4 GB of ram. All existing customers are being migrated
on a daily basis. Each of our servers are capable of handling up
to 1000 domains, however, the most we ever put on a single server is 200.
Your server will run as if you are the only customer on the box.
Q. What kind of bandwidth do you
have?
A. Our network is provided bandwidth
from 6 different Global Backbone providers with BGP4 protocol, so that
if any of the backbones are down, traffic will be re-routed automatically
until the problem is resolved. We have had 100% uptime on our network
for the last 3years running!
